Accessibility statement for S-Meets

This service is built by Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK). We want as many people as possible to be able to use the service. This means that, among other things, you should be able to:

  • choose colors, contrast levels and fonts using the settings in your own browser or device.
  • zoom into the page as much as you need to without any content becoming unreadable.
  • navigate using a keyboard, voice control or other input devices.
  • use a screen reader, like NVDA or VoiceOver.

How accessible is the service?

This service is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at AA level.

We know that some parts of this service might create a barrier to some users, these include:

  • If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology and select Estonian language, you may find it difficult to use the meeting & banquet packages, and additional catering products due to partially untranslated content. (WCAG 3.1.2)
  • You may find it difficult to correct errors in the information you provided in the booking form, as the error message does not always explain what the error was. (WCAG 3.3.1)
  • If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology, or if you navigate the website with a keyboard, you may find it difficult to use the search form on the homepage. Not all components work as expected with arrow keys. You cannot select a date by typing in the field; the only way to select a date is to use the calendar that opens when clicking on the field. (WCAG 2.1.1)
