Campaign Terms and Additional Information

Campaign bookings must be made through the s-meets.fi online store no later than November 30, 2025, by using the booking code BFMEET2026

Campaign rates are valid for bookings taking place between Jan 1 - June 30, 2026.

Prices are net rates intended for meeting groups and include the main meeting room, standard meeting equipment, data projector, meeting host services, and internet access. Prices include VAT and are subject to availability.

The campaign rate applies to meeting and event facilities at Sokos Hotels and Radisson Hotels.

The Black Friday campaign price is calculated from the day’s rate.

Campaign Meeting Packages

Half-Day Package: Meeting room available for 2-4 hours, including 1 x meeting lunch (buffet or table-served) and 1 x coffee break with a sweet or savory coffee theme.

Full-Day Package: Meeting room available for full-day, including 1 x morning coffee with a savory coffee theme, 1 x meeting lunch (buffet or table-served), and 1 x afternoon coffee break with a sweet theme.
