The Halkokari meeting room has been named in honour of Kokkola's historical city district.
The room can be adapted to events for 10–50 people. The space is also well-suited for smaller groups as a meeting room. The room is located near the hotel's spacious, free-of-charge parking area, on the first floor. Size of the room 60 m2
The meeting room is equipped with a laptop, a fixed video projector, wireless internet connection, a flipchart and note-taking equipment, as well as ice water to drink. The price also includes the services of a meeting manager.
We can easily arrange catering during breaks at the coffee counter located right next to the meeting facilities.

The parking area is accessed from Vaatturinkatu or Kaarlelankatu. The parking area has a direct access to the hotel. Free-of-charge heating plugs. The heating poles are in operation: Mon-Fri 05-09 am and 15-16 am Sat-Sun 06-11 am Charging points for electric cars: The charging points are suitable to all electric and hybrid cars. The maximum charging power of the charging points is 22 kW, the plug type is Type 2. The charging points of electric cars cannot be booked in advance. NOTE! You need an ABC-mobile to use ABC-download. Download the application to your phone and register as a user so that electric car charging is within your reach! Bikes: There is a secure locked storage place for bikes and we also have basic maintenance supplies.
