The Taskumatti meeting facility is located next to the Grill It! restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The room seats 12 persons. The meeting room is separated from the restaurant by two glass walls, with curtains to make the room private. The meeting room is ideal for meetings or parties.

Hotel guest can park in a warm underground parking hall which is located in front of the hotel. Entry to the Tapiola Park hall is from Tapiolantie roundabout, address Tapionaukio 3, Espoo. From the roundabout drive in to the parking hall. Turn right onto the "Vanha Tapiola Park" which is leading to a parking hall closer to the hotel. From the parking hall you can take either stairs or lift to outside infront of Original Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden. You can drive to the parking hall until 12pm in the night time and again in the morning at 4:45am (on sundays 5:45am). "Uusi Tapiola Park" sign will take you further away from the hotel into the centre of Tapiola. Charges for the hotel guests are 18€/24h, (16€ with S-Card). Please state your car's license plate number at the reception. There are also parking spaces outside in front of the hotel. You can pay 24H parking at the Reception or hourly charges directly to the paying machine outside. The fee is € 1.5 per hour from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the night fee is € 1 per hour.
