Akseli is the original name of our hotel. Hotel Satakunta was opened in Pori in 1939 and, in honour of our colourful history, we are proud to carry our name Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna.
Akseli has auditorium seats for 40 people or seats around tables for 30 people. The modifiable room offers a perfect setting for various events and meetings. Akseli is located along the conference room corridor right next to the meeting hostess's station, coffee area and lobby with comfortable sofas. Combined with Karhunkruunu, the space is ideal for up to 70 people. Come and hold your meeting in Akseli!
