Book Huvila

Huvila is a part of the Wirta facilities of Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund that offers inspiring and peaceful surroundings right in the city centre. The environment is summery and great for thinking – you can throw ideas around on a nostalgic two-person swing, for example.

Huvila is equipped with modern technology. The room has a 55-inch screen and a wireless InstaShow presentation system that provides flexibility in meetings and enables participants to join in a presentation wirelessly with one touch of a button. Pens, notepads and WLAN are also at your disposal.

The room can be divided into two. The first side (30 m) seats up to 10 people. The room has five two-person swings hung from the ceiling and low tables. The other side (25 m) seats up to 12 people. The room has one long table for 12. The table arrangement cannot be changed. The room can be divided with a movable curtain, which is not soundproof.

You can enjoy the selection of our coffee counter throughout your meeting at Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund. The decoration solutions of our creative facilities are extraordinary.

*) The coffee counter serves fresh coffee and tea. The meeting service includes a selection of seasonal fruits, nuts & dried fruits, rye chips, biscuits, juices and soda water.

We are renewing the Wiklund Centre and building new services under one roof. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep our Wiklund Wirta meeting services closed until August.
