Book Koivikko
Koivikko is equipped with modern technology. The room has a 55-inch screen and a wireless InstaShow presentation system that provides flexibility in meetings and enables participants to join in a presentation wirelessly with one touch of a button. Pens, notepads and WLAN are also at your disposal.
Meetings are cosy in Koivikko's auditorium. The auditorium seats 12 people and is located in the corner of the room.
You can enjoy the selection of our coffee counter* throughout your meeting at Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund.
*) The coffee counter serves fresh coffee and tea. The meeting service includes the selection also includes seasonal fruits, nuts & dried fruits, rye chips, biscuits, juices and soda water.
Ask for our recommendations to be served at meetings.
We are renewing the Wiklund Centre and building new services under one roof. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep our Wiklund Wirta meeting services closed until August. Events can be organized again starting from 3 August 2026. More information is also available from our sales service.

Customer parking is possible in two locations: Wiklund EuroPark:Parking costs €16 per day. For holders of S-Card business travel cards (red or black) parking costs €12/day. Turun Toriparkki : Parking costs € 23 per day.
