The Toivo Private Restaurant at Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu is a stunning and versatile event space with magnificent sea views of Oulu. Bathed in natural light, the space is designed flexibly to accommodate various events, from intimate celebrations to large public gatherings.

Toivo adapts effortlessly to atmospheric dinners for around 100 people or concerts and performances for up to 740 people – all depending on the service style and furniture arrangements.
